Shopping with ease & security...

Shopping at 109 Aquatics couldn't be simpler. We have included a straight forward, easy-to-understand format so you know exactly what you are buying. Plus, unlike a lot of websites, all sizes & weights are listed together so you can easily find the right product suitable for you. Plus we have a Search Engine, so you can find what you are looking for quicker.

You can be guaranteed full security when shopping with us. We use Romancart system which is fully secured so you can feel 100% safe when shopping with us. (It is secured by VeriSign EV SGC SSL certificates.)

We accept all major credit cards except American Express. You can also pay by PayPal. If buying using PayPal, we will only send products to the PayPal registered address. Or, you can send us a cheque. The cheque must be cleared before goods are sent out. A cheque can take up to 7 days to clear.

Please note that all product prices include tax. Any tax listed during checkout purely states the total tax from these products, and not tax that will be added to the final amount.

Delivery...

Standard Delivery is free in the UK if your order is over £30.
This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland. All deliveries must be signed for
(except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make
sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When free delivery does not apply, we make every effort to keep charges as low as possible, usually £4.95 for the majority of our products. Our charge depends on the type of products you select , standard delivery usually will be in 2-3 working days. Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately.

When you add products to your Shopping cart, the appropriate standard delivery charge will be added automatically. If you add additional items, please double check the charge by clicking “Re-calculate”. You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding bank holidays). If you order after 12.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day .Deliveries may take 7-10 working days over the Christmas, Bank Holiday and Easter periods. Deliveries will take up to 7-10 working days at any other time if the item ordered is out of stock. We will notify you of this if this is the case.

109 Aquatics shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds...

In the event of faulty or damaged goods, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the items. Please email us stating the invoice number, your name, address & details about the problem with the product. This will insure a fast response from us to help to rectify the problem.

If we cannot rectify the problem, & we ask you to send the faulty or damaged item back to us, please send the invoice too. Once we receive the item, we will arrange a repair or we will issue a replacement or refund as per agreed. We aim the repair to take no longer than 28 days.

Please do not send any faulty or damaged items back to us without emailing us first, as the fault may not be under the products' warranty ( such as a working part i.e air pump diaphram or filter impellor). The problem may have a simple solution than can be fixed without sending it back to us. We will do everything we can to solve the problem.

We do advise to send using Recorded Delivery, as 109 Aquatics will not be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please be aware, we do not give refunds on orders that are no longer wanted or mistakenly ordered by yourself. However, you may email or phone us to cancel an order & we shall do so if the item has not yet been dispatched.
